Is it possible to transfer my data from a different platform?

Yes, Priofy includes a data import feature within the app. Our team is committed to assisting you in moving your existing data to Priofy, ensuring a seamless transition. Generally, we can import data from third-party platforms at no cost, though occasionally a minimal fee may apply. While we can't promise that every data import is feasible, we invite you to contact us to explore your specific data transfer options.

What do I need technically to operate Priofy?

Since Priofy operates as a cloud-based platform, the primary requirement is a stable internet or Wi-Fi connection. There's no necessity for downloads, nor is there a need for administrative installation or configuration.

What does the free trial include?

Our free trial offers comprehensive access to all features available on Priofy, accommodating up to 50 users. Enjoy full functionality for a duration of 30 days to explore how Priofy can meet your needs.

If I decide to upgrade to a paid plan, can I keep the data from my trial?

Certainly. You can begin organising your workspace and familiarise yourself with PRIOFY during the trial. If you choose to switch to a paid plan later, you can seamlessly continue with the data you've accumulated during the trial period. Your data will be fully preserved.

What's the storage limit?

The storage allocation in your workspace corresponds to the number of users you have in your subscription, with 1GB of storage per user. Should you require additional storage at any point, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we can arrange for extra storage to be added to your account.

Is VAT included in your charges?

Our prices are listed without VAT, except for individuals and customers in Germany, to whom German VAT is added. For EU-based organizations, entering your VAT ID number during checkout exempts you from this charge, preventing German VAT from being applied to your purchase. This process ensures that your order complies with local tax regulations.

What is your policy on refunds?

Our policy is that we do not issue refunds. In case you cancel your plan prior to the upcoming renewal cycle, you will continue to have access to the paid features until your current subscription period concludes. Upon the expiration of your subscription, access to the paid features and any data linked to those features will be lost.

What is considered as a user on Priofy?

A typical Priofy user is someone who is actively engaged in a project workspace, involved in tasks such as creating, updating, and modifying various items.

What is the difference between Regular users and Guest users?

Regular users are users actively engaged in Priofy who can have various levels of access within project workspaces, with the ability to create, update, and edit items. Guest users, on the other hand, have restricted access and can only read information within project workspaces. Importantly, Guest users do not count towards the total number of users when determining pricing, making them a cost-effective choice for individuals who need limited access to the platform.

What is your pricing model?

Our pricing is structured around the number of users in each project and the duration of the billing terms. Essentially, the cost-effectiveness increases with more users and longer subscription plans. What payment methods are available?

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods. Choose from ACH/debit, credit card, or PayPal for instant transactions. If you're opting for annual or fixed-term subscriptions, we offer the flexibility of invoice payments through Purchase Orders (PO) and bank transfers. Simply select the invoice option during the upgrade process. Remember, invoices should be cleared within 14 days via bank transfer, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services.

What occurs if I surpass my usage limits?

In case you exceed your user or storage limits, you will still have unrestricted access to your project workspaces. We will notify you about the overage and provide a grace period to either find a plan that aligns with your needs or to decrease the number of users or used storage.

If your requirement is for additional storage without the need for more users, you can request extra storage space for a nominal monthly fee by reaching out to our support team.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel your contract at any time by going to the Subscription page within your account. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current subscription period. Fixed-term contracts will automatically end as scheduled.

Is it possible for people outside our organisation to acquire their own user licenses?

Certainly, external users have the option to purchase their own licenses, allowing them to join your workspaces upon invite.

Security

What occurs to my data once my Priofy subscription expires?

After your Priofy paid subscription concludes, your workspace transitions to our Free plan, allowing continued access to your data with some limitations on functionality. No immediate data deletion takes place. However, if your workspace remains inactive for a period of 12 months, signifying no user activity, we may proceed to delete it following a prior email notification. You have the option to reactivate or upgrade your subscription at any time to restore full access to your data.
